As part of a developement inititive, we have begun the intial phases of the creation of a new application. This application is being designed to allow recruitment agencies to take advantage of the trend to move towards Internet based systems.

Provided Training & Consulting Services to a Council as part of their eCommerce program, on behalf of a third party.

Delivered Interim Management services to businesses in the Health care industry, including Aesculap, Downs Surgical & B Braun Medical. Services provided: Project turnaround, built effective control and monitoring systems and Team building & coaching.
Project Management / Technical Services
Managed implementation of Group Information System for a Northern Estate Agent across three branches. Project included creation of WAN, negotiations for supply of all hardware and services, configuration management, process re-engineering and operational standards.
Project Management / Coaching
Supplied Project Management training to a property development and maintenance business. Those taking part in the training program have gone on to apply for the Association of Project Management examination.
InnovationWorks
In collaboration with Pandora Consulting, we are have been contracted to create a new style of project management tool. The New Zealand client has asked to remain confidential.
Manufacturing KPIs
We are developing software to monitor and report on the manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness of Lean management implementations. It is envisioned that there will be two or more versions to cover the single user, SME and Enterprise markets.
CRM Packages
stty consulting is currently introducing Siebel 6 Sales into their offices. This will increase the teams ability with the Siebel products thorough direct usage and supply consulting based on first hand experience to our clients.
eCommerce / WebDesign
During the last year we have designed and added in the content management of several commercial web-sites. As our customers continue to expand into the e-commerce arena stty will ensure their technology will keep pace with ambitions.
CRM & Sales Force Automation
A potential client requires a complete analysis of the Goldmine produce, in order to assess suitability. The report will cover not only the basic functionality, but will include customizable aspects, scripting, screen layout and easy of fit.

Designed and implemented a Stock management system infrastructure, including Touch screen EPOS units, into a Bistro / Cocktail bar.
